Editorial fashion photoshoot behind the scenes, sexy fashion shoot bts , with one Paul C Buff alien bee 400 strobe light. This is a DIY photo set that really didn’t involve creating much. It basically was just a matter of painting random studio props all white. Your forced to focus on the model as the monochrome scene compliments the fashion and model while still giving an interesting setting for the model. This was all shot with one Paul C Buff Alien bee 400 strobe light, and my old Nikon D610, along with a 50mm prime lens.
The idea here was to have a room that has everything white however when I stepped back to take a look as the paint was drying, I felt it need a pop or color somewhere. Among the many gumball machines I have here in the studio as photo props, I felt that the gold give just the right touch. There was not a full concept other than being monochrome white and a sexy yet slumber emotion is what I aim to capture from the model. I may do other rooms as I do like monochrome scenes, The hard part for me is finding the fashion attire that works for the shoot.
